Reported to me by an FRoP visitor, Unknown altered my character profile banners, changing the color and adding it as part of her layout. If she's smart enough to do that, you'd think that she'd be smart enough to make her own graphics. Apparently not. I don't mind so much that she's using my icons, but there's no sign of credit anywhere. I believe her blog is in Hebrew, but there's no link to For Richer or Poorer.

Violation: Stole purple character profile banners and HHK wallpaper, plagiarized Haruhi Fujioka character profile, and hotlinked all images she's using

Reported to me by an FRoP visitor, Haruhi basically stole my banners and my HHK wallpaper, hotlinking to all of them. That takes up my bandwidth, and I pay for it myself. If you think she took down the image links herself, think again. I just acted before she could remove it herself. There's no link to For Richer or Poorer anywhere on the blog, not to mention that she plagiarized my Haruhi Fujioka profile. If you really love Ouran, then you'd take the time to write your own.

Reported to me by an FRoP visitor, Mori took my Host Club wallpaper, not even crediting. I don't mind that so much - it's just that he hotlinked it. *sigh* Please don't do that - it takes up bandwidth I pay for. He also plagiarized my Mori character profile.

Reported to me by another kind FRoP visitor, Midori used the character profile banners I made to create a layout. If I made the individual graphics, you CANNOT use them for your own site, your own forums, your own graphics, etc etc. You didn't make them, so you CAN'T use them. If you can't make your own graphics from scratch at the beginning, then you shouldn't be making graphics at all.

Violation: Copied character profiles and submitted them to Absolute Anime, claiming them as her own

Reported to me by an FRoP visitor, Becca J. plagiarized my character profiles/descriptions for Haruhi Fujioka, Hikaru Hitachiin, Kaoru Hitachiin, Yuzuru Suoh, Renge Hoshakuji, Umehito Nekozawa, and Ryoji Fujioka. She submitted them to Absolute Anime and the webmaster posted them, crediting her, unaware that they were taken from For Richer or Poorer. I e-mailed him and he took them down right away once he found out.

Reported to me by a frequent and kind FRoP visitor, precious_pinay stole my layout and altered it slightly before using it on her Neopets guild claiming that she made it herself. As you can see from the above screencap, she covered my original text in the speech bubbles with text for her guild, and completely covered Kyoya, as she probably couldn't alter him since he had a lot of text on him from the FRoP layout. The patch-up job trying to cover the text I have on Kaoru's leg is horrible as well. Adding insult to injury, she had the gall to write '(C) precious_pinay 2006'. I spent an enormous amount of time creating FRoP's birthday layout and I'm insulted by the fact that someone had the audacity to steal the layout I worked so hard on. It went through at least two other versions before I decided on the layout it ended up as. The anime image featured on the layout was cleaned and cut out by me from Japanese Newtype #7 (July 2006), and I also cropped the manga images from LaLa Issue #7 (July 2006) myself. It took a very long time, and for her to steal my hard work and not even apologize for it - well, I hope I never hear about her again. The layout on Neopets has been changed due to the fact that many FRoP visitors found out about the stolen layout and posted on the guild's board before I was even aware of the violation. Despite the fact that she changed it, she still stole my layout, and so, here she is to stay on the blacklist permanently.
Oh, and here is what she had to say in response to FRoP visitors' outrage:
