Episode 02 - A High School Host's Work

Summary: Haruhi's still trying to figure out the inner workings of the Host Club, somewhat mystified and perplexed by the members' behaviors. However, being a host comes to Haruhi naturally, and she manages to attract several clients, even one of Tamaki's - Kanako Kasugazaki. Kanako spends a lot of time with the Host Club, and even teaches Haruhi how to dance properly for the club's upcoming party.
But Kanako has a fianceé - Tooru Suzushima. Haruhi soon comes to realize that the Host Club does more than entertain and flirt with clients...

Manga Version:
• The Host Club dance party is actually a Christmas party.
• In the manga, Tamaki says if she masters the waltz and performs it at the party, then he will declare her debt halved. In the anime, Tamaki says if she can't master the waltz in one week and show it off at the party, Haruhi will have to expose herself as a girl and will be demoted back to trivial chores.
• Kanako burns herself with tea and is taken to the nurse's office, where we first meet Tooru, instead of him bringing a delivery to the Host Club.
• Hunny falls and Mori accidentally steps on him, which leads to Mori rushing to the nurse's office with Hunny in tow.
• Haruhi twists her ankle while trying to run in heels after Kanako and Tooru.
• Kanako and Tooru run outside when the Host Club activates the lights on the Christmas tree outside.
• Tamaki does not trip on a banana peel placed by the twins.
• A random girl was to receive a kiss from Haruhi, not Kanako.
